Default Snetterton Trackday

I went to Snetterton on Saturday 25th August for a trackday, it is a very flat and fast circuit (I was getting up to 165mph ish - but the fast boys would probably get 180 no problem) - there are only 2 left hand bends, so the right hand side of the tyre takes a hammering whilst the left stays relatively cold.

This was highlighted during the pre-start briefing yet some people didn't listen/remember/care and still managed to come off on the second left - a chicane leading to the start finish straight.

One of which was a guys on an R6 about 4 metres in front of me - he lowsided, parted company with the bike and they went in different directions.

So I'm leaning over and thinking oh crap - put the bike upright, lots of brakes, nearly stop in fact and then ride around the rider & the bike - oops and phew

Anyway, I thought I'd share some pics with you guys & girls. . . . .

Hope you like. . .

Nice. I'll be doing my first ever trackday on a bike in a couple weeks.

I was going slightly faster than that on the way to the track that morning - didn't want to be late
