WOW!!! Those are some serious deep dish rear wheels!!!!
I can't imagine what 500+ HP would be in one of these things! Heck, they only weigh 2,000 pounds.

Your not missing much with the less hp, you have to make all kinds of concessions to deal with the power. My rear end ratio for street use is ~2.48, if I run the 3-4.9 ratios all I do is spin the tires. Rear end had to be built to the nines. Engine mantiance is huge and the life of the engine is reduced unless you spend a huge amount of money.

Wow, it's cool to see so many people here with both cars (being that they're such different rides). I'll definitely have to ask my uncle some more questions, like who built the car, which kit it is, etc. I did find out that it's a 351 Ford crate engine, not the 427 (even though it has a "427" badge). It's also set up for short track racing, which is why it felt so ridiculously quick down low. Other than that, I was just having too much fun looking at the car to ask more questions. Guess it'll have to wait until the next nice day in NY. . . which may be a few months from now.
I'll make sure to mention the clubs to him, though I did see some sort of Cobra club stickers on his windblocker. Have fun guys!
