I've had good luck with Cycle Trader in the past. I happen to also be selling my FJR so I can spend more quality time with my R75. I posted it on a couple of m/c boards (FJR & Sport-Touring) and in a few more days if nobody bites I'll pimp it on Cycle Trader.

Maybe you should start on some Honda bike or Sportbike.net type boards?

Are you upside down in it?

You may want to consider a consignment with the dealer you bought it from. They may be able to transfer the note if you financed through them or the manufacturer and you can wash your hands of it.

What kind of fees do dealers charge for a consignment?

I seem to be having difficulties selling my bike, and really just want to see it be used. It appears a stealership is my last alternative. I have tried everyone forum, going for trades, parting it out to any point a prospective buyer would like and craigslist.

I own the bike outright and did not purchase it from a dealer, if that matters?

depends on the dealer, you'd have to check with them.

Just a note on Craigslist, are there a bunch of vulture scammers there or what?

I put my ride up for sale there last night and I already have at least one, maybe two (giving the benefit of the doubt for now), genuine scam artists trying to work me!
