Mitsubishi went ahead and decided to up the performance of the EVO VIII, most likely to fight the new scooby STI(DUH)

EVO VIII FQ-300
I wonder if it will make way to our shores....

That's for UK, since Prodrive offers PPP package for a 2.0 STi (also 300 hp).

I've heard you can get the euro computer for the Evo and run with the sti but no 6 speed

yep evo with the jdm computer is pushing over 300 horsies. The USDM version is de-tuned as usual.

A guy brought a red one out to an autocross last weekend....












AND HE DIDN'T RUN! grrrr...

The wing did look pretty cool with the carbon fiber showing on the inside...
