Schumacher is doing pretty well for himself. His contract with Ferrari is $39 million per year, which he's been getting since 1996. That figure does not include prize money or endorsements, the later of which is the sweetest nut of all. Oh and he lives in Switzerland so he doesn't pay taxes either. Take that Tiger!

Who cares? Ferrari's current dominance is more because of the car and the tires than it is the driver. There's no other explanation for the gigantic lead both MS and RB put on every other car in most races. The unusual result at Spa was probably due to an error in suspension setup & tire choice because of the weather conditions.
Even if Schumacher retired, Ferarri would just hire someone else and continue to own almost every race.

No, Ferrari's dominance is car+tires+driver. It's a package deal, and quite the package. Granted, a good driver like RB plus the car and tires will be at the top of the pack, but no one else would be #1 so many times. Whether you like MS or not, we are witnessing an amazing era in F1. But, that said, I do have to admit I'd love to see what Michael can do in a Menardi.
