Yeah, I guess the person doing the edit figured if the car kept the same trunk space, the top would need to occupy the rear seat area or something (which I guess is possible).
I would probably look more proportional with the rear seats left in place.
Maybe some curb feelers.

It's a good first start for design exercises.
Seems to me it's got some S2000 genes in it and some Ferrari genes, very little Toyota in it (maybe front nose and grill but hard to tell for sure), which is probably the reason I like it.
