S2000 Owner needs help with Door Locks OMG!
I got a 98 Acura Integra LS 4 door, and the door won't lock anymore. When pressing the Alarm, I can hear the door locks wanting to lock, but it feels and sounds like it jammed(You can see it move 1mm trying to lock, but it won't) . (I checked it, and saw nothing.) When I press the power door locks, it still does not lock.
Here is the ODD thing, When I stick in the key, it will turn, 1/2 way, but feels lke it jams, and returns the the intial position. I don't want to force it and break the key.
Bottomline, I can't lock the door regardless of power, auto or manual.
Do you guys think the actuator is messed up?
HELP!!
Thanks

It sounds like something is jamming in there.
Did you find out which door is actually 'jamming'? You can try to manually lock each door separately (from the inside - with doors closed) and eliminate any working door.
However, if no door locks, it might very well be the driver's door. Did you try to pound against the inside door trim (near latch plate), maybe that will 'loosen' things up.
Did somebody try to break the car open and damaged/jammed something in there??
Good luck,
Siepel
