S2000 got pwned in the rain

^^ Also, they were professional GT drivers that race in the rain on many occasions!
I wasn't too surprised with the outcome. The S was the only 4 cylinder car there, and did pretty well considering.
When Honda makes a V6 300+hp roadster/coupe, than we'll see a more even comparison.

I expected that to be the outcome. I mean you got 300+ HP cars that weigh a little more than the S. All of the cars are very capable on the track especially the new Z. So it is not surprising that the S lost.

I honestly don't care about cayman s or z4m beating our car, because of the huge price difference, but at least beat the 350z.

Well, Honda did make some updates to the s2k over the years, but not enough to keep up with Z4M, Cayman S, and 350Z which have a significant power advantage. Let's hope that Honda doesn't totally give up on the S the way they did the NSX.
I wonder how the S2K CR would have faired in this comparo?

Anyone else notice how loud the PSM activation in the Cayman is? At first I thought the car was running over the bumpers. The vibrating noise is easily heard over the engine even at high revs and full throttle.
It first time that happens to a new Cayman owner, I bet it would scare the crap out of him. It sounds like something in the car is trying to chew itself.

Here's another race of only the S2000 and the 350z:

I don't think it's raining this time. I don't know why this video makes me sad the most.

I believe that car was "tuned" by Amuse. Maybe a different ECU or piggy back and it looked like it was lowered, too.
Which makes the results even worse.
