Well, the S2000 was sold since we had a little on the way. Now that she is here, my wife and I need a little more power than the civic or the focus can muster. So we looked at the STi and the EVO. The STi looks better IOO, but the back seat and the car in general is just as small if not smaller than the civic and focus. So the EVO took the bid not to mention the engine has been proven to make hella horsepower. So we ordered the Blue By You color. The wife actually loves the EVO, but still longs for those top down days of the S2k. I am hoping to surprise her with another convert. in a few years or so....I will take some pics of the EVO when it arrives that is IF the dealer makes good on all my requests.
How does a 500 awhp EVO sound? That is the goal AFTER the warranty runs out. That way the EVO will smoke the RX-7....and I can justify more mods to the RX-7....good plan...ehhh?

Sounds like a good plan. I also might be looking at a EVO when my lease runs out. I took a look at the STI & Evo, then went online to compare the differences. It says the EVO has 3.5 inches more legroom. I believe it. That will definately help with the babyseat (scary). They have an HKS turbo upgrade kit for the EVO already, that claims 500+ hp.

Yeah, I can't even imagine all that power to 4 wheels...
that's gonna be a hell of a long wait before you start modifying...
I am just talking about the basic warranty, 3/36 I think. I could not wait 5 years

Thanks, hopefully those three years will fly by

We already have one two-seater (RX-7) another one would not be very practical at this time. We looked at the Audi 4-seater convert but that lacks rear wheel drive or all wheel drive and "real back seat". Plus I plan on keeping the next car for a long time so it needs to be mod and family friendly.
