I gaurantee you the RX8 will be a low 14's car AT BEST.

More than 1 or 2 people have posted 13 second times with their S2000's, I personally have pulled high 13's with bad tires. The RX8 does weigh more than 100 pounds more than the S, also for the skidpad, it pulled .88 g's and the S2000 pulled .90 g's, the S2000 has 50/50 weight dist. the RX8 has 52/48. Also, if you anybody thinks it is a drivers race, thats funny, because the same individual that drove both cars (tester for R and T) pulled 14.1 with an S2000 and 14.5 with the RX8. The only performance oriented issue that the RX8 wins on is braking, and by a pretty good margin (114 - 123 from 60 MPH).
I do still love this car, my wife and I are thinking of buying one. But on the track, S2000 will win always.

I'm not getting into a pissing match. Wake up man, the S2k will not be "humiliated" by the RX8. You do realize who the RX8 was built for right? The sporty sedan crowd.
And as for straightline.... the S2k weighs 2650, 300lbs less than the RX8. And the S2k IS a high 13 second car at best. The RX8, however you want to say it, will NOT be.
