Crappy job - $100.00
Good job - $200.00
"Concours" quality job - $300.00 or more.

for a good job (ie good paint match and finish) it could be $200 up to $500.
i believe it depends on the initial finish on the hood before they paint it,
my friend got his cf hood painted white and they had to extra pre-process it to fill the dimples you find at the cf weave crossings

What you need to do is become buddies with an owner of a body shop like I did

if it's a real hood it's already clearcoated and smooth. A bodyshop even a good one shouldn't be charging you more then $150 for a normal color like Berlina. If you are trying to match Spa or something like that it'll be more and there are no guarantees on the match. Paint is a very subjective thing, bodyshops normally charge what they can get away with. So shop around and make sure they understand what needs to be done.
