RIP Mr. Phil Hill
I'm sure as fellow enthusiasts, you'll agree with me that Phil Hill was a giant amongst mortals. I just read on Edmunds.com that Mr. Hill passed this morning in Monterey, CA.
I've seen some vintage films of him race and he was amazing. And I truly enjoyed several of the articles he contributed to Road and Track.
We lost Paul Frere earlier this year and now Phil Hill. Two absolute giants have passed.
Godspeed Mr. Hill.

I didn't know he was having health issues, he looked so vibrant when I see him on Speed. Thoughts and prayers to his family. Phil Hill RIP.

Every time Classic and Sportscar magazine reported sighting him at some event, they kept using the word "frail". I had been expecting this...
Maybe I'll watch "Grand Prix" tonight, even his dreadful acting was worth watching.
