there is no "cooling off period" anywhere as far as I know. The only way you can legally return a car is if someone from the dealership actually knocked on your door to your home and tried to sell you the car (3 days to return it). If you went to the dealership to purchase (like everyone does) there is not much you can do aside from bitching or just getting lucky.
