Return of the NSX...sort of...

Per Honda's CEO: "...we are now just focusing on family vehicles..." When the economy is back to normal, i.e. good, they will make another sports car. Right now, they're just not ready to invest millions into a sports car R&D, given Honda's declining sales in the past year or so.

Remember, Honda makes their money selling NEW cars; if you're not buying a new NSX or S2000, you don't mean squat to the manufacturer. Fanboys who discuss, buy used, but never buy a new NSX or S2000 don't pay Honda's bills. People who buy new Accords, Civics, Odysseys, etc. pay the bills.
But after 7 brand-new Hondas, American Honda still stiffed me on my TSB'd top. I will not be buying another Honda anytime soon. If Honda keeps the direction they are going, "soon" would become "never."

Used cars sold at dealerships only profit dealers as they do not pay Honda money for acquiring an item not owned by Honda.

Honda probably has a lot more credible people making clever decisions about the fate of their company based on facts and research, than some ignorant idiots posting BS here, using the full capacity of their tiny brains and crooked logic. So yes, I will keep on buying Honda and Acura products.

Its amazing how much they can still win with a 20 year old car... with technology up so much in two decades, I wonder why Honda can't continue making the NSX but at a much cheaper price. Can you imagine a new 2010 NSX for like $40k-60k? 0-60 at 4.5 s for that price would be reasonable
And Honda no longer is a "turbo-free" car with the release of the RDX... why not a twin turbo one too? Isn't that what they used to race?

To add... you know Honda HAD to continue making NSX parts to continue racing such an old-model car, so they still do have the manufacturing capabilities

IMHO if Mr.Honda were alive today the S2000 would not have "died on the vine"
That car embodied the true soul of Honda ...doing more with less
4cyl instead of 6 and NA instead of FI
