Honda has been experiencing issues related to fuel injectors for some time now. Before that was fuel dilution issues on the 1.5L turbo engines. Also the transmissions behind the v6 models seem to have a higher than normal failure rate.
I sold my Honda and bought a Subaru because after 2 years, they still wouldn’t replace my airbag. They didn’t want me to drive the car but also wouldn’t replace the air bag due to a parts shortage.

Those lists are very inaccurate, and oftentimes bias as the companies that usually conduct those surveys and such are funded by OEMs (like JD Powers) indirectly if not directly.
And that particular list is pretty laughable, every time I drive by our local CDJR dealer, all you see is a ton of Jeeps collecting dust. Consumer confidence in the newest generation apparently not too high.

If Honda/Acura's issues were related to people not understanding infotainment, wouldn't that apply to all brands? I mean, they all have new systems to learn and link their phones to, not just Honda.
