Not a bad SUV, though I would cross-shop a very clean certified pre-owned MDX or RX330 for the same money.
That said, it WILL be more fun to drive (smaller, lighter, nimbler). The interior looks great, too - nicer than the current MDX.
The RX330 is a great, reliable vehicle. It just doesn't do too much for me. Maybe for my wife but not for me...

That's what I said to my wife this morning. For $37K (with Tech package) you could actually get a brand new MDX (or very close to it), much less a used CPO one with all the goodies.

The RDX is $37K with the Tech package. Base is $33K, so it's not TOO expensive to start.
I do think Acura will have a tough time selling 40K a year (their projected sales) at that price, though. I think they'd do a lot better at $31K and $35K (which is probably doable after they get a bit more common).
I still think they're a better deal than an X3, which is pricier for the options and doesn't look as nice.

I like the RDX but decided to go with a Mazda.
For about 31k we picked up a fully loaded Mazda CX-7. Two tone leather, voice-navi, rear back up camera, keyless ignition, AWD, Xenon, proven mazdaspeed6 turbo.
What did I give up over the RDX? The more advanced SHAWD drivetrain is the one main thing I can think of.
IMO the Mazda is a really good looking small-ute with some style while the RDX is a bit bland.
For the 7k+ difference the mazda was a no brainer.
