radio codes

EVERY dealer should have the code in the computer..

When I disconnected my battery the 1st time, the radio code in my owners manual didn't work. I have a feeling the code was incorrect from day one. Anyway, my local dealer needed only the radio serial number.. they plugged it into the computer and up came the correct code.

Actually, I don't think that works. The numbers were correct but there were still a couple of letters missing from the serial number, and I ended up pulling out the radio to get the rest of the serial number...
