Since a lot of you have carbon fiber components I thought you'd be a good source of information for my nephew. He just got in a minor accident with his brand new Mazda 3 and dented his hood. He's looking at carbon fiber hoods on EBay.

Can anybody recommend a good source for carbon fiber hoods?

Nothing c/f on ebay is 100% good quality unless its a used brand name hood.

I had a VIS CF hood on an eclipse a few years back...fit perfectly and looked great. No idea about their QC and whether they are known for having nice fit.
