Now that is kind of stupid. The mall owners have the constitutional right to keep people like you off of their private property. I bet most if not all of the tickets issued were upheld in court.
Then signs should be posted...

This was clearly not about breaking up a gathering of people. That could have been done by 10 cops max.

When shady-looking people trespass on our private property, I have called the cops, and they never come. When my wife's car got broken into, and there were greasy fingerprints all over the windows, the cops laughed when I called, and said straight up that they weren't going to come. Maybe I should've said that there were modified cars with no front plates, tint, and loud exhausts for them to ticket.

You can't ticket the robber for tax revenue. Come on they are trying to run a business, be realistic.

The thing is there is no reference in the article about no tresspassing signs or no loitering signs, so If these people have not been warned by the owners of the property they are perfectly legal parking there. Now if there were warnings to these people gathered then an easy cop drive through telling everyone to get out is just fine, but not a huge raid like this, they need to be on the streets stopping drunks on the road or other duties, I don't think park cars actually cause any physical damage to anyone.

Exactly! Its ok to murder, steal and rape because you are not worth money to the state. In terms of penalty levy, murders get off alot easier than a Import driver because we get the full shaft with no trial and no benefit, kill someone and you may get reduced sentence etc.... **** you pigs

Where do I go to nominate this thread for Most Amusing Thread of the Year? You are all being satirical, right?

It is a repost from three days ago (below). The real problem is the "enthusiasts" are a little bit stupid like you guys and aren't smart to not loiter on private property where they are not wanted.

Why do WE have to be " a little bit stupid".

Do you know me chief?
Why would you make that statement?
