How about people start taking responsibility for not loitering, not installing illegal stuff, etc? These days it seems everyone wants to blame the other guys.
Ok dude, so if you wife was raped and killed that night because cops were busy harassing kids, thats ok?

And this isn't about breaking up a meet. 5 cop cars with 2 cops each could have done that easily and safely. Hell two cars could have done it but I can understand if they wanted some additional guys there because that is a lot of people. I wouldn't have any problem with them breaking it up if that's what the owners of the place wanted. But this was truly a raid and was a complete waste of money in my view.

loitering? it's not illegal to "loiter" unless it's on private property. And even than it is not loitering it's called trespassing. And trespassing is only if their is a sign posted or the people were told to leave first.

yea i had a greddy turbo single cam del sol a couple years ago and still got reffed at a similar raid in san diego... i went to the state ref and he just tested my car and passed me right off... he basically asked me what asshole cop who doesnt know shit about what they were looking at ticketed me....you know how much money they spend training those cops thats are on "dragnet" way to much !!

give me a break... i got a knife pulled on me in my t-mobile store and the ****ing cop didnt show up for an hour... even with the silent alarm being pulled !!

So you have no problem with warrantless searches and tax money spent to pay police officers overtime to write tickets on parked cars that were violating no laws? We have constitutional rights for a reason, to prevent things like this from happening.

In the state where I live, all one has to do legally is to post a no tresspassing notice for the property in a local paper once, then no signs or verbal warnings required from then on. Malls are generally private property so unwanted types can be ejected as needed.
