If I were you I would keep the car and save the cash for emergencies unless you're already on top of that esp in this economy.

IS-F fits your specs except on price... if you go pre-owned and can find one with higher mileage (maybe 25k) you might be able to get it for around 40k...which is a little stretch from your budget but IMO worth every penny.
