Default Please help my horn is frozen?

My winter beater van (Chrysler T&C) gets parked outside......This week it has been a high of about 15 degrees every day.

Yesterday, the horn stopped working...I pulled the fuse it is fine and I pulled and reset the horn relay and it started working...after sitting cold again all night...this morning it stopped working again...I can hear the relay switching/clicking??

Can relays freeze? If not what else can this be?

Thanks for an help!

I doubt it's frozen at 15 degrees! It's been -45 here for 3 days, it's probably dirty.

Relay could be, but if it's switching clicking it might be power to the horn that is flaky or maybe the horn is not working properly.

Sounds like it's the horn itself that's not working.

I'll bet someone else's money that's the problem.
