hey, i've got a k4gsxr600 w/ BCM filter and pcIII, along with a bunch of other stuff. The filter really wont give you any gains, its just lowers maint. cost cause u can just clean the filter and not buy and new one. and if you're looking for exhaust, i right now have a micron slip on with the yellow/black fade, but i'll b changing that to a gsxr1000 Ti header w/ gsxr1000 hotbodies slash cut later this month. It's pretty nice if you like the moto gp look/sound, something to think about. If you want real bang for your buck though, go up a tooth in front or something, i did and it was pretty cheap and was noticeable increase in quickness.

The guys on the GSXR forums seem to like the -1/+2 setup...
