Sorry about your get-off, but you know it happens to everyone if you are seriously tracking your bike (or learning how to go fast).

Your slide looks good, maybe just relax a little more.

How brutal was it sliding onto the rocks? Are they supposed to roll like marbles?

Are you and your bike okay? Looks like you have good gear. Smart.

I've been racing for four years and have had a few offs.. this is the only one frozen in time

It was basically a combination of too much trail braking + lean on a street tire.. There's only so much any tire can take and I overcooked it..

I was fine, minor slide - I got up and finished the race

ha - thanks .. Yeah knee down never gets old - only sucks when the puck gets caught and torn off on the rumble strips
