Default Peple with JDM Headlamp housing!

I have RSX and JDM Headlamp.....and I installed HID kit on it SPW/HELLA 7500K

I have been getting flash by cops and other people.....i have lowered the right side of head lamp to it's maximum lowering allowed but ..still it is not low enough..and people think i have my high beam on my right side!...and I think it looks like high beam also:!

JDM Headlamp = ok, but JDM Headlamp + HID Kits = BAD

My question to s2ki owners..is...that since you guys also have HID and if you bought the JDM ones...which they are design to be on RIGHT HAND DRIVE...are you guys have the same problem??

ANy solutions? I am thinking about trading it in with person who has DIY black housing!

yea, I believe they have the same problem. They have the "highbeam" problem even with stock headlights.

RSX's use reflectors. Make sure your HID kit has D2R bulbs and not D2S. Also, it would have been a better idea to get the OEM HIDs that are made for the headlamps. Aftermarket HIDs have generic designs that dont always work well in OEM headlight housings.

Good luck.

Great Point...
It is best to go with the OEM setup..
SPW Xenon kit??
that junk is all the same honestly...

The Japanese OEM XENON kit would probably be best...
The light displacement on a RSX would look like a Acura TL or CL.. They probably use the D2R and are adjusted for the reflectors.. unlike S2K which is Projector
