Obviously not as good, but still interesting to see the 918 dominate again. And the douchiness entertained me. The cup crew or whatever is amazing. Haha

The tire they used is standard on the Porsche but not the Ferrari and 918, I believe. That's why they didn't mention they changed it on the Porsche (though they did put a new set on the Porsche).
They also said that the 918 "disappeared" when they put the Trofeo R tires on it - ie, it was the fastest of the lot with that tire.

Video of the year.
Interesting to see how much each car moves around on the track. The 918 is rock solid, the Ferrari moves around moderately and the P1 is all over the place (relatively speaking).
Would be interested to see lap times if each manufacturer put their own hotshoe in each car.
Also, gotta love that they put the cars on equal tires - they're really listening to the internet quarterbacks.

I'm only a few minutes in, but it seems abundantly clear that the P1 showed up with the best tires, Ferrari and Porsche had good tires, so he had Pirreli supply two more sets of the best tires. Clearly they were to be used to put the Porsche and the Ferrari on the best tires, as to make them equally tired as the P1.

Awesome video. It would be hard to go wrong with any of those cars. I don't buy cars based on lap times, so if I had the cash I would buy the one that gave me the most thrilling emotional response. Things like feel, exhaust note, etc. I suspect that would end being the Ferrari but obviously only test drives would let me know for sure.
