I thougt we had cleared up the "myth" about the elise's 1/4 mile times. I believe we concluded that the elise gets to a 100 mph in 12.4, but that is not a 1/4 mile. I SERIOUSLY doubt that an elise will be a 12 second car. More likely mid 13's(which is plenty quick in that car)

The power to weight with an average driver will be somewhere in the 11.6 range. That is a bit too high to see 12's. Generally cars that are hitting 12's are in the 10.X hp/lb range.
