Here's my take on those...350Z/G35C nice car but in their short existence they are taking over the road. I must see 50 of these cars a day now...the 350Z sux on the interior so if I were going to buy one of the 2 it would be the G35C. The RX-8 and STi are just butt ugly IMO...the STi is an exceptional performance value and that pretty much leaves the RX-8 alone with its ugliness. The S2000...ahh beautiful lines, the best shifter in the world and an overall roadster package that is far beyond anything in it's price range.

There is no way that a blown S2000 is going to keep up with a stock Z06 given equal drivers on the same day. None.
Steve I usually agree with you but you're full of shit on this one. My S weighed in around 2700 lbs and put down 400 RWHP...how is that no match for the heavier less powerful Z06?

About having to be in VTEC to drive around the City in your S2000. Well unless your city streets are 60mph+ that is just retarded. You can keep up with traffic in 5th gear at 30mph if you choose to, lots of people say things without knowing.

if u want a fun roadster especially for a weekend car, s2k is ur clear choice, it's as fun as driving a go kart when i was a teen.

if u want sophisticated and sexy, g35 coupe, it's gorgeous only downfall u see soooo many of them, i wouldn't get the 350z cuz everytime i'd see the g35 i'd just envy it!

if u want to drag and want the speed and the noise go for the Sti or Evo. I'd take the Evo MR

but drop top driving is what i go for and that's why i love my s2k and will never sell it, yes never, i'll get something else, but i'm not selling this sexy beast!

I will tell you get a Le Car. That ish is pimp. Seriously though If a vert is a must then get the S2000 it is like a finely tuned athlete, but if brute power is your thing then STI is the car for you. Just my $.02.

I agree with the above, a supercharged S2000 still will not be able to keep up with a stock Vette, given equal drivers. Not only will the vette kill the S on the straights, but it has a much higher skidpad rating as well.

The 2005 GTO will have 400hp (old Z06 engine) and may cost around $33K so bang for the buck.

Personally the 330i or 330Ci are amoung the best all around cars and have 48 months free maintance and good resale value.
