The Phantom, sell it at a discount of $425,000 and buy an Elise, STi Impreza, a Z06, an M3 and a Tacoma X-Runner. Take the remainder and pay off the house and invest it. But if I had to pick one and keep it, it would be the Aero 8 just because it's unique.
