Video of the mongoose GTP. It's a 550HP kit car based on the C5. It weighs around 2500lbs.

Last track day I was there I talked to Scott (guy who owns the place) about One Lap, he said it was on for this year and encouraged everyone to come out. Said it's a blast.

Another very cool car doing well with a lot less HP then most:

looks like 3rd overall. The cayman GTR won the wet skid pad beating all the AWD cars.
I heard about this over on CaymanClub.net.

Glad to see the Cayman GTR is doing so well.

I'd love to get some of those Farnbacher parts on my CS.

Schedule on the website says they aren't racing at hallet this year. They were there last year though.

Is the driver of the GT-R Tony Swan from C&D? The times at Road America became even more impressive, IMO if that car is stock or close to stock.

Impressive is an understament.

The 135 looks sweet in blue. (I'm getting an itch to go test drive it)

Look at the panel gap on the rear fender/bumper of the Ford GT!

Viper cleans up again:

GT-R didn't do quite as good on this track, but still respectable for sure.

Viper up to 3rd in class after winning all 3 road course events..stupid wet skid pad!
