Default OMG! Drove a 550 Maranello tonight!!!

I visited my friend/ex-neighbor tonight for dinner, and he took me for a ride in the Ferrari 550 Maranello (w/ Tubi exhaust) that he bought last week. He's always been really cool about letting me play w/ his toys (badass cars and motorcycles), but I was a little hesistant about taking the wheel of such an expensive car. He insisted, so I wasn't going to make him ask three times.

This car was UNBELIEVABLE! Its power reminded me of my old BPU++ Supra TT, ex. the power was everywhere, w/ no waiting for boost to build. Sounded incredible, and the quality/workmanship in the interior was amazing. His 348 looks more exotic and sounds wilder, but it doesn't come anywhere close in the way it drives.

Today I checked out an NSX w/ Comptech supercharger, and test drove an SMG M3. Both seemed pretty cool at the time, but pretty pedestrian after that ride. Damn, I need a BIG raise!

No, it wasn't SW, but my former neighbor who shares the same interests as me (cars, motorcycles, and guitars), but just has a lot more resources to enjoy them. Didn't get any pics last night, but I'll try to remember for next time I go over there.

Here's some pics I took over Labor Day weekend while house/dog sitting for him....

the garage itself is impressive, much less the items inside. No sportbikes though?
