EVO8.
The car does understeer a bit but the rear-end is willing to rotate with throttle input.

MR2. Any generation if you know how to drive them for their weight and power combinations. 2nd gen turbos were not as agile as the much lighter first gen NA cars, but the torque was so much fun and allowed a little power oversteer in certain situations.

An 87 MR2 feels quicker to me in the steering than my S, but my 91 MR2 turbo, which was known as a pretty good handling car feels kind of sluggish compared to the honda.

If "neutral" insinuates composed at the limits and relatively foolproof, I'd have to add NSX with TCS on to the list. I'd could always push the NSX faster through a
corner with greater confidence than just about any car I've driven.
