Interesting...Nissan's new halo model? Well it will be interesting to see what they release in 07.

I think we all know that. People were just not sure whether the GTR will be released under infiniti's label or Nissan's in the U.S.

There was speculation that the GT-R was going to be released as an Infiniti in the North American Market, while remaining a Nissan throughout most other other parts of the world.
I guess that isn't the case anymore.

...you know, it would be like if there would have been a 1995 HONDA NSX here in the states.

I was kinda hoping that it would be an Infiniti. Infiniti dealers generally offer better service and less BS than Nissan dealers. In a way, I kinda see this as a bad move because most Nissan dealers do not have a $75K car consumer base and might find themselves ill equipped to handle high end car buyers / enthusiasts. Sort of like Honda dealers and the S2000. However the GTR badge should go on a Nissan. Oh well.

I wonder what will come first, the new Supra (if there is one) or the GT-R


both won't touch the Corvette in terms to performance to the dollar
