Nissan cut more than 10 percent of the workforce at its Nissan Design America operations.

No, just a group of old men chipping off a little extra from the same clay model for the last 20 years, and then 3D scanning it and hitting the go button.

Acura just built a multimillion dollar studio in the last year in Torrance, and are pushing to do designs unique to the Acura brand out of it. I dont think they are going to be laying off anyone anytime soon.
