Having driven all three extensively and having had uber high hopes for the CLS55, I'd take the c63 hands down. The other two puts me to sleep vs the c63's liveliness and relative nimbleness. And IMO the 6.2l NA sounds way better than the v8 supercharged powerplant, which also was a surprise.

As you can probably tell from my signature, I love cars, and own an '07 E63 AMG. I love it so much that I have put just under 5,000 miles on it in just the past 6 weeks because I cannot seem to stay out of the car. We have taken it to Canada on a 1,400 mile road trip, loaded it with all of our gear and our baby stuff, and on the other hand I have gone out by myself and blasted around deserted roads at breakneck speeds with a smile the size of Texas plastered to my face. Something about a 'family car' that has 507 hp (more than a new Corvette Z-06), yet has the interior fit and finish to go with a $100k car (leather, suede, and wood trim), and does 0-60 mph in around 4.0 seconds, seems to be fun for me.
I actually considered the other cars you are looking at too. The C-Class just is not up to snuff for my tastes, and the CLS rear seat headroom with that steeply raked roof was a downside, as was the center divider between those rear seats. The CLS does look killer, but having bought a black E63 and smoked out the windows, most people I meet think my car looks evil anyway....so I am okay with that.
In the end, buy what you like. Who cares what anyone else thinks anyway? You are paying the tab.
