I don't think it will be that bad, FWIW, the 4 banger turbo in the CLA45 is very quick and the sport exhaust on it sounds AWESOME!

To hell with that! I'm gonna be the winner!

I was afraid this day would eventually come. Sucks as they'll never drive as well as an NA flat 6 nor will they ever sound as good.

This is good as it'll ensure my GT4 value stays very high for a long time.

Sounds awesome to me. I'd rather have the turbo 4. Imagine a lighter weight GT4 with a turbo 4 cylinder..... That would be an absolute monster track car.

The mercedes CLA AMG is a turbo 4 making pretty much 400, if not more horsepower. What makes you think Porsche couldn't do it?

All I can think about is hearing the turbo induction noise behind your ears...like how my 91 MR2 turbo sounded but I'm sure even better. I have a stiffy now.

I wonder if the turbo four will weight more the the NA six? Now that Porsche has designed an easier & cost effective way to service 911 and Boxster/Cayman's, the smaller complex engine may not be such a big deal.

At one point, Porsche planned to introduce a sub Boxster model? Is that out of contention now? Perhaps they went with just a 4 banger for an entry point and not have to spend as much on a new platform?

They said they didn't want to cheapen the Porsche brand by making an entry level sports car. They said used Porsches are entry level...
