It looks to me like they improved it. If you are someone who won't buy a Z06 because you think the steering wheel looks dumb (if that is the only reason) I feel that you might be a complete tard...no offense to the mentally challenged. The interior looks much improved and the car's performance will be off the chart for the price. If that does not make you want to buy the car, fine, but shut up already....it's tiring.
People are getting excited about getting a reliable car for under 70k with a warranty that might run in the 10's (with slicks) and turn amazing road course times and looks great to boot. If you can't get excited about a car like that, then I'm not sure why you are even on this board....so in parting...

Oh yeah, it still has a transverse mounted leaf spring too. After I blow bye you, you can catch up and tell me about your swanky leather and coil-overs......

imho the c6 was a step in the right direction
the looks and specs of this z06 are a 100yd dash in that same direction.
priced under $70k would be amazing.
a car that:
should run with porsches, ferraris, etc costing twice as much
does not have a regoddamdiculous maintenance schedule
gets good gas mileage
and all some people can do is gripe about the interior, steering wheel, etc?

calm down everyone. So I don't like the steering wheel? If you all love the wheel great.
Just to me, it's odd to put so much into the car but they can't spend $200 for a nice wheel.
