Question New NSX

Anyone here own the 2017+ NSX and had it for a while? I see prices under 120K and makes for an interesting sports car purchase. Curious on the long term impressions so far.

I have had mine for 3 years and 11k miles

the car is an absolute blast and has the Honda reliability we are used to

i have a second set of wheels with winter tires and enjoy the car year round

no nose lift so any drivable with more than a 7 degree grade can have scraping issues

the best deals are on new 19s without carboceramic brakes, with $20k in trunk money from Honda and another $10 K in dealer discounts you can get into one for under $130k and have a full warranty

Wow that actually makes it competitive. I had no idea they were discounted so heavily.

Program has been a problem

late market entry, heavy, hybrid for folks who want to burn a lot of gas, not angry sounding, limited customization, missing key features like a lift, lame buying experience, dealer mark ups at the outset, old nav tech, crap loads of other car to chose from

i have a blast with my every time I drive it

too bad as Honda put a lot of effort into the program, bespoke Cosworth racing engine, bespoke dct, new factory with a ton of work to develop the assembly processes

For all that at like 130K is a heck of a deal. I am impressed every time I see one.

I live in a huge market area and have only seen 2 on the road in over 3 years, one of which was a dealer demo

i get a ton of positive feedback when I am on the road in mine

the C8 will likely grab more potential NSX customers

I really like the NSX and it looks the part. Mind you, I still need 3 pedals and would find an R8 instead. but, I better drive them both just to be sure

However, I must applaud clutchcargo for using it as a daily- with the AWD and winter tires, it has got to be a weapon!

I think I should clarify

I drive the NSX year round, typically once or twice a week

My Q50S Hybrid AWD is my daily

Showing up at my apartment buildings in the NSX would be bad form

Plus the NSX is useless as a grocery getter (trunk gets too hot) and I am too concerned about parking it near Chrysler drivers

Anyone else have an NSX? I keep coming back to it as possible next car. Curious to read some other experiences. Have they been reliable? What's the annual service cost?
