Furthermore, the ACR's faster time is hugely contributed to its power advantage too (not to mention much lower weight). All the GT-R needs is a healthy diet and it'll hand most cars their asses.

Besides, the ACR is a modified version of the base Viper, to be more of a dedicated track car. Do the same to the GT-R and see what'll happen.
exactly, we can also add tires into the mix of the equation too, because we all know how vastly important they are. And the Viper comes with competition tires, the GT-R's are street legal. I know the Viper tires are street legal in the US, but they actually are not in Canada just to put into perspective how aggressive they are. If the GT-R were shod with the same tires instead of its disgustingly overweight runflats (39 pounds a piece), the GT-R would be down 40 pounds of tire weight and be up on grip big time over its stock set up. The tires alone might even be enough to make a 7 second difference on a track so long as the Ring.

So to keep the parts warranty, you have to get an in$pection and admit to track use which gives them grounds to void the car's warranty? That sounds real smart!

What you just stated is something moronic, lets have all the facts about how this really works and all its rules and regulations then you can criticize with a foundation.

Obviously you are no putting in all the mix that this formula requires, until you do have all the facts please

I'm just going by what the OP posted: "...All the (Nismo) parts are backed by a three-year/60,000km warranty, which will even be honored if the parts are damaged while driving at a race track.

The fact that the warranty is stated in km indicates that these program details aren't in reference to the US market anyway.

If you have any definitive, verifiable info to prove me wrong, please post them!

Soon, NISMO will develop performance parts, which would be nice to have a warranty (but not so much for the body parts).
