Seriously, if there's a sequal to the 40 Year Old Virgin, I bet Steve Carroll trades his bike in on a Fit.

I think the Fit is kinda like a modern moped. Sure, it's probably gonna be pretty fun to drive, and your friends might agree in private, but in public, everyone's gonna laugh at you.
It is all in your head, man.

Wow... some people are just full of themselves...*G*

I went to get the brochure tonight and read it from front to back, nice car, I like the HFP parts like the 16" wheels...

I'd get a White Sport with all the HFP parts and the auto with those cute little paddles on the steering wheel... good city/stopped in traffic car...*G*

O, and the 200 watt stereo system on the Sport is worth it too...

and lastly, the car doesn't make the man (to the guy on the first page)... you need to go buy a red corvette...*LOL*

I love Honda Fit, ever since I saw it on Hong Kong street, so many of them there, with modified body kits and big rims....very sporty and compact......

Sure does!

Do these cars really take a rear impact well? Looks like there is 6 inches betweeen the rear hatch and the rear bumper!
Size isn't everything when it comes to impacts. Look at the Smart Fortwo. That thing is amazing in crashes. Better than most vehicles even twice it's size.

That's the worst part about the Fit. Perhaps I just preemptively hate them, because I am anticipating all the complete homos who will throw body kits and "bling" at these cars. And then they will try to get in on that "VIP" (Vag instead of Penis) trend that seems all the rage with the JDM ricers.

Seriously, body kits on anything make me throw up in my mouth, but body kits on a car with 106HP, or whatever this thing has, makes me want to beat somebody with a carbon fiber windshield wiper.

Chris, a "body kit" and lower body cladding are two entirely different things. Do you also hate the lower cladding on a TSX? Or, for that matter, any of the Acura A-Spec cars?

Personally, lower body cladding is fine with me. I don't particularly like body kits unless they're very subtle, but some are just fine.
