can't i just not go to a racetrack.. but do the same amount of damage to the car anyway? but i'd still be covered cause i acted a fool and busted up my car on a regular street or hell even in the middle of some field in the mud?
what is it about racetracks? sure some people only take risks in their vehicles at a 'safe' location like a track. but some don't give a isht where they are..

What if I just want to park in the lot at the track? Maybe the pits? What if it is the pace car? Why did they even bother testing it on the Nurburgring if they won't let you use it. They should have just done all there testing at a mall parking lot. I don't see this making it to the US, and if it does it will be hacked within weeks or jammers will be used. Way to big brother for our litigious American society.
