Extended warranties are available too for not that much more. Considering mk6s can be bought for relatively cheap, even with the extended warranty, you get a lot for your money IMO

The extended warranty would be an option for ownership. I really like the aesthetic design, taught handling and the 200hp...oh, the 200hp...I miss that on my daily. But one of the main purposes for looking at it was for more rear space for my son and it's about the same as my Fit. I guess I have to move into a considerably larger car or a CUV to get the space I'm after, but I like small DDs.

This is what I'm waiting for. I need my wife's 3-series gone, this will be the replacement.
MS3, or the Focus ST, or even a JCW Mini - VW has some real competition now.
