I don't think Dodge knows how to make a cute small car...

I like the Dodge Razor better: 
A power-to-weight ratio better than the S2000's didn't hurt the cause. Too bad it sank without a trace after being shown a few times.

The SlingShot looks like an MR2 Spyder was raped by a 350Z and this is their offspring.
At least Detroit is trying to give us some cool concepts. Sooner or later they're bound to screw up and give us enthusiasts an affordable, fun, sports car.
