The ALTEZZA (note the proper spelling and the absence of the double "E" sound) lights were technically not started by the Lexus/Toyota IS300/Altezza.
Technically the 56 Chevy Bel Air started the trend, it just took several decades to catch on. :b
Most cars look like crap with this light style, most definitely older boxy Hondas. The Eclipse (any year/model) also looks especially poser with 'em. American cars in general don't wear them well either, but I do kinda like the new and more subdued two-circle setup for the Mustang. That one seems less overdone and more subtle.
