Your only criteria is that the vehicle needs to be under $20k? Or is it $20k for whatever condition you can find for the cars you've listed?
Yes, this will be my DD. I live in NY and we get a reasonable amount of snow here so that's why i'm kinda leaning towards AWD but still considering FWD and RWD. I have been considering the Legacy GT. Does it have the same problems as all the other boosted subi's do?
Generally speaking the Turbo'd subi's have design problems that result in consistent and predictable failures of key components.
In your list I'd pick up the TSX. We've had both gens in the family and you cannot go wrong.

This is a Honda board so you'll naturally see a slant towards the Honda/Acura variants. I've owned/driven all of the cars on your list. I won't tell you what to get, but I do think you need to expand your options a bit (Civic Si, 350Z, GTI, A4, GTO, Accord V6, etc). Here are my pros and cons of each. Take it for what you will:
RSX-S: Almost as quick as an S2000, but more utility and wrong wheel drive.
TSX: Slow and more upscale. Great handling.
MS3: Inner teenager car. Fast and utilitarian with TONS of aftermarket support. Clunks and rattles, but a solid car if tuned properly. Needs a built motor to go big turbo.
S2000: Best all around sports car. Zero utility.
WRX: Ringlands. Tin can car. Can be fast, but a lot of work to make them reliable and able to handle.
Legacy GT: Decent cruiser with ok power. Floaty suspension, too small turbo, too small tires, more upscale than wrx.
RSX-S: Almost as quick as an S2000, but more utility and wrong wheel drive.

20K buys a heck of a nice SAAB. If you are living NY, there's a strong SAAB network.
