Default New BMW 4 cyl twin turbo engine announced

New twin turbo 4 cylinder motor - http://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=477882

Good for 245hp. Not bad at all and seems aimed at Audi/VW 2.0T.

Can't wait to see its tuning potential.

Very cool

however, just to clarify this isn't a twin turbo, it's a twin scroll single turbo and the release should read that it is modeled after the N55, not the N54

Looks the new 3 series (F10) has a powerplant

One would assume. All BMW's going forward will not be naturally aspirated.

They always update it and it still doesn't work properly.

Would you buy one anyway? They'll never be "pretty" enough for ya.
