Acura TL A-Spec

The A-Spec performance package is available for manual and automatic models.
TL + A-Spec + Navi = $40,000

The Navi and Voice Recognition systems are amazing.

Zippy, sporty.... worthwhile -- all words that do not describe the TL.

Until Honda drives the proper set of wheels the Acura's will be at the bottom of their class.

BMW 330i/Ci ZHP (Performance Package)

-More exciting than a plain 330, cheaper than an M3 and not an M3
-Shorter final drive, stiffer springs and shocks, lower ride height, 10 more hp from cams + ECU, and best of all a positively sick cloth/alcantara interior that puts even the M3 to shame!

If she hasn't driven a G35 yet, GO MAKE HER DRIVE ONE! Bought my wife the AT sedan (for practicality) and it has not disappointed. Nice styling, AMAZING CREATURE COMFORTS (we got the full package: leather, Bose, more controls than a 747), and it's quick and responsive, but quiet and refined at the same time.

Fully-loaded it will easily fit in your price range. Infiniti's service is second-to-none, and they even threw in her oil changes for the life of the 4-yr/60K bumper-to-bumper (which comes standard).
