Sounds like a waste of time to me. I'd get the GM to throw in the OEM ground effects kit and have the car repainted.

I discovered that acid rain had destroyed my 99 V6 Accord Coupe's paint when it was sitting on their lot, only two weeks after taking the car. I pointed this out the dealership and the Honda Rep. agreed to paint my car and give me a full ground effects kit for free. I was verry happy with the job. No one could tell that it was repaited. All they could say was "nice car".

Paid $24,000, sold for $20,000 after 3 years of ownership. I doubt you will take a hit in the pocketbook. Just make sure the paint job meets you satisfaction before you take it home this time.

Do you really believe that you ever see a penny of the $2 million settlement. Although if you can afford OJ's lawyer you might have a shot.

I wouldn't be worried about the paint as much as the poor job they apparently did with repairing the body of the car. Not having the trunk lid line up properly is unacceptable and a sign of very shoddy workmanship. I wonder how bad the frame is still bent?

I would probably pay them $500 bucks and exchange it for a new one.
Since you did use it for two months.
I think they would make it speedy.
Because hiring a lawyer would cost you more then $500 bucks.

As everyone above has said get a lawyer. I am in the process of lemon lawing one of my cars with Ford. The dealer and Honda will stonewall you hoping you will give up. I have the attorney general's office sending letters on my behalf and they won't even respond. BUt they called immediatley when I hired a lawyer.

GET A LAWYER.
