I know this doesn't have anything to do with an S2000, but it does have to do with Honda. I wanted to get some quick, well-rounded answers so please don't move it (yet).
My buddy purchased an Acura TL-S and is getting the runaround from AHM. Here's the details below, let me know what you think.
-What do you guys think is a fair solution?
-What would you guys do?
-He's already contacted BBB (this dealership has a history of unsatisfactory "issues" with them).
-----------------------------------------------
Horrible ownership experience
I purchased a new TL-S for my fianc

Jesus! Get a lawyer! Why even hesitate. He is getting the run around. Immediately get a lawyer. His is loosing countless dollars on re-sale value. He is right about the california law. USE IT. The money you spend on a lawyer will be worth it. It will probably be less than that lost in re-sale, PLUS the ability to sleep better at night knowing you aren't taking it in the a** from AHM! If I seem bitter it's only because the same thing happened to me with Volkswagen of America. It wasn't a previous damage issue, but simply the dealer/manufacturer failing to take any responsibility. Good luck.

Here are some of the pics. I know they aren't that great. There are small dots & holes in the paint job. The trunk is also misaligned where the right side is higher than the left.
Pics
Thanks for the input so far! keep them coming.

BMW lost a lawsuit on this several years ago to the tune of $4million on one car. A judge knocked the award down to $2million. All over $4000 in paint.

He noticed the paint issue nine months after purchase. Print this, bring this to the dealership and you'll get your car.
