You went from a 400rwhp SS to an S2K...*shakes head in disgust*...j/k, glad you're happy and can see beyond country of origin.

Too many people think if a car is "slow" it's a rotten car. Like the NSX. It's not fast by today's standars (Z06 for example) but that doens't make it a rotten car.
No, generally people are correct when they call the Delorean a rotten car. Very slow, poorly put together, questionable sourcing for most of the gear (and motor), subpar handling. The Delorean that was produced was not the car originally planned.

You know, you could go back a few years in your Delorean and ask yourself to get an S2000 then.

(Sorry, but someone had to do it)

Steve has you mother ever told you "if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all?"

At least you can say something like "You don't see one of those every day (like you do a 911 turbo)"

No I am pushing the car towards the judges at the car show I was at. I hate to have the car running on and off or at idle for a long period of time. Mine actually has one of the prototype turbo kits that were going to be out in 84 if they would have made it. Plus I have done a lote of suspension/brake upgrades so mine is not the typical DeLorean you would see. Plus there are a lot of misconceptions of the car and DeLorean himself.

My comment was not meant to be negative. I only meant that an S2000 or DeLorean are not "muscle cars."

I've always thought the DeLorean was a cool car and if I had the time and money, I'd love to add it to my collection.
